Unspeakable solitudes challenge my heart
Waves threaten to split me apart
Wings aver I have no foundation: and spite
Recalls all the quick joys I have ever felt

Until this moment I thought my heart would melt
When the monsoon came gushing out of the West
And I thought that torrid sunlight would be enough
To send me scampering out of my solemn self
And put a seal on my tail

But it is all to no avail
And no matter how much our feet feel, our hands are unsteady
And no matter how much we make ready. Toilets are available
On the Ground Floor.
